• Check-In: AFTER 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time
• Check-Out: BEFORE 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time
• All lodging rates based upon double occupancy with a maximum of 4 adults per room.
• All room reservations and walk-in rentals must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and present a valid drivers license or photo I.D. at check-in.
• We welcome MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards for reservation or payment as well as cash upon check-in.
• Limited boat and trailer parking available on a first come first served basis.
• All rates are subject to change. Rates include all State Sales and Local Occupancy tax.
• Common outdoor smoking areas are available
• A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to your credit card upon checkout if the No Smoking or No Pets policy is violated.
• Summer Season Rentals
• Two night minimum rental is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Poker Run / OSS race weekends.
